Stelling Staghorn 2006 5 String Banjo w/case Consignment
$5,999.00
2006 Stelling Staghorn, in great shape, minimal wear on the playing, freshly setup with a new head. Original bridge is on the banjo currently, but could probably use a touch higher one for more demanding players.
In 1975, Alan Munde introduced the Stelling banjo to an international audience by playing the second Staghorn ever made with the Country Gazette. Since then, the Staghorn has remained one of the most desired banjos in the world and has become the trademark model of Stelling Banjo Works. The increasing rarity of the materials such as the highly figured Claro walnut used in the neck and resonator, and the colorful abalone shell out of which the inlays and trim are cut make this model one of the ultimate sound investments.
The Staghorn features the Tony Pass 600TS Old Wood Rim and a deluxe TKL emerald green crushed velvet plush lined case.
