Gibson J-45 “Vine” Custom Shop w/case Consignment

Custom shop “Vine” J-45,
overall in great shape, healthy top, has been well cared for. Humidity
has not been an issue for this guitar from the looks of it.
Guitar has Madagascar rosewood back and sides, Sitka spruce top gives it a nice springy j-45 feel, great for fingerstyle
I tried to show the main flaws with it. It does have some lacquer checking around the bridge (as shown in photos)
There is an indentation on the top lower bass side, shown in photos.
It is not a structural issue just cosmetic, you can’t see it unless in
the right right.
