Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help—with a few important details to keep in mind:
Consignment Items
All consignment purchases are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. These pieces are unique and priced accordingly, so please shop carefully.
Affirm Purchases
Items purchased using Affirm financing may be returned, but are subject to a 8.00% restocking fee. The item must be returned in the exact same condition (with original tags or packaging, if applicable) as when purchased.
Standard Returns
For all other purchases:
- Returns are accepted within 3 days of receiving your item.
- For returns involving a trade in, these are reviewed on a case by case basis, and may be refused entirely a the discretion of Myhre’s Music LTD.
- Items must be in the exact same condition as when purchased (with original tags or packaging, if applicable).
- Credit card purchases are subject to a 3% restocking fee.
Please note: All restocking fees help us cover the transaction and handling costs associated with returns.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Sale items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Shipping returns
Shipping & Return Restocking Fees
- Domestic Returns (Within Canada):
Subject to a 5% restocking fee to cover handling and processing.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping. - International Returns:
Accepted within the standard 3-day return window. Subject to a 10% restocking fee to cover international duties, taxes, and processing fees.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping and any associated customs paperwork. - Returns from the United States:
Due to high import tariffs and customs handling fees, U.S. returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Buyers are also responsible for shipping the item back to us securely.

Order Processing Times

Domestic Orders (within Canada):
We aim to process and ship all domestic orders within 2 business days of receiving payment. -
International Orders:
We strive to process international orders just as quickly (within 2 business days), but customs paperwork and regulations may cause delays beyond our control. We appreciate your patience.
Shipping Methods & Costs

All orders are shipped via ground or flat-rate shipping, unless otherwise requested.

If you require expedited or alternative shipping methods, please contact us in advance—we’re happy to accommodate when possible.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including any additional fees for upgraded delivery services.
Weather-Related Shipping Holds
To ensure your instrument or gear arrives in optimal condition:

Shipments may be held during colder months to protect finishes or materials from temperature and humidity-related damage.

This policy is in place to prevent cracking, warping, or finish issues caused by extreme temperatures during transit.

Such holds are agreed upon between the buyer and Myhre’s Music LTD, and we will communicate clearly with you before delaying any shipment for weather-related reasons.
Customs, Duties & International Fees
For international shipments:

Buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their country.

We complete all required paperwork to the best of our ability, but we cannot guarantee transit times once the package leaves Canada.
