While originally designed as a louder guitar (to compete with the trumpets, saxophones and banjos of the 1920s), this mechanically amplified instrument owes its popularity to a wide variety of musical styles. The combination of wood and metal create the unique resonator sound, a sound first envisioned by George Beauchamp.
While we can’t show you our entire resonator inventory, here are a few instruments that we thought you might be interested in.
